Journalist and writer Heidi Laura visited the exhibition Nature. Traces & Reflections at CLAY Museum of Ceramic Art Denmark. In the exhibition, the museum has invited the three prominent Danish ceramicists Malene Hartmann Rasmussen, Manuel Canu and Marianne Nielsen to interpret and revive the historical Danish design movement Skønvirke from around 1900.
Design does not happen by itself. This was a recurring theme when industry stakeholders gathered for the 1 May debate on the future of design policy at the Design Museum Denmark.

Silversmith Lone Løvschal recently received the 2025 Biennale Award for 30 unique spoons – one for each day in a woman’s natural cycle. The spoons were created for the Biennale for Craft & Design, which is on display at Glas – Museum of Glass Art in Ebeltoft until 22 February 2026.
